‘By drip feeding our values, our purpose and giving us all a periodic breather I think we can keep shining even in the darkest days.’
Well the kids have been back a couple of weeks now. The high of September no doubt feels more distant. And actually in my experience as a school leader, a few weeks in can often come with a bit of a dip. You might have even thought:
‘God, if I feel like this and it’s still September, how am I going to feel in the darkness of November?!’
From my experience, this dip comes for a few reasons.
