At the end of March I was part of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Panel for #Covid19MHWBpanel. Organised by @FlourishEd.

Thanks to those of you who joined us live, I have a feeling this is just the beginning of something…

Among other things we discussed homeschooling, how teachers can support carers and parents, how adults can support children, how we can all look after ourselves, and what this might mean for approaches to education.

Under the cognitive thoughts – we’ve gone into fight or flight or frozen – our job as the adults is to bring that sense of safety back. – @Rethinking_Kate
