In this blog, I am pleased to share with you an on-the-ground case study account of one of the preventative approaches to behaviour issues.

I have had the pleasure of working for Ally Onions, Head of Safeguarding and Mental Health, with her school and staff a number of times. Ally’s passion for understanding what’s behind a negative behaviour, in order to be able to support her pupils better shines through in this account. Through Peer Listening, the pupils themselves are empowered to support one another, with some great success –
