🤢 Staff in the UK (and further afield) have been manipulated to not trust their guts, experience or values.
🤢 SO many staff are working from ‘but it doesn’t say we’re allowed in the behaviour policy’ rather than supporting behaviour in the ways they know are affective for human beings.
🤢 Most teachers have had ½ a day’s Behaviour training back in their ITT. Many TAs have had 0.
